How to buy
- Shipping & Delivery
- After you place your order, proceed to checkout, and select your payment method! We will receive the confirmation of your order and then we will e-mail you the delivery charges you have to pay for! Delivery charges may vary according the weight, that is why we arranged for this way to deal with transport costs!
- Returns & Replacements
- If you receive a wrong specimen, we will trade for the correct one.
- Ifyou receive a damagedshell and if it was (POORLY PACKED) our fault, we will send you a new specimen.
- Ordering
- To place an order it is easy. You must be registered in our website (wich is very quick), you must be logged in to place an order. In every item (specimen shell) there is a add to cart button, just add the specimens you want, you can see wich specimens you have in your shopping cart.
- To proceed with your order, just click in the shopping cart, then proceed to checkout, and then you will choose your billing and shipping information.. etc..
- Payment
- When you get to the payment information you have 2 ways to pay in our website: paypal/credit card or check/money. For the first payment is immediate, you will be redirected to paypal website, for paypal payment, just log in and follow the steps, for credit card payments, click where it says: DONT HAVE PAYPAL ACCOUNT, and follow the steps too.
- if you want to place an order, but don't want to pay that same order at that time, the specimens you selected will be out of stock, but reserved for you.. then we will e-mail you with the possibilities to pay!
- ATENTION: SPECIMENS IN SHOPING CART WILL ONLY CONSIDERED SOLD AFTER CHECKOUT!
