- Shipping & Delivery
- After you place your order, proceed to checkout, and select your payment method! We will receive the confirmation of your order and then we will e-mail you the delivery charges you have to pay for! Delivery charges may vary according the weight, that is why we arranged for this way to deal with transport costs!
- Returns & Replacements
- If you receive a wrong specimen, we will trade for the correct one.
- Ifyou receive a damagedshell and if it was (POORLY PACKED) our fault, we will send you a new specimen.
- Ordering
- To place an order it is easy. You must be registered in our website (wich is very quick), you must be logged in to place an order. In every item (specimen shell) there is a add to cart button, just add the specimens you want, you can see wich specimens you have in your shopping cart.
- To proceed with your order, just click in the shopping cart, then proceed to checkout, and then you will choose your billing and shipping information.. etc..
- Payment
- When you get to the payment information you have 3 ways to pay in our website: paypal, credit card or check/money. For the first 2 the payment is immediate, if you want to place an order and a few days later place another order to ship together, you can select Check/money order, the items will be sold and you can place the order in the following days. When this happen we will email the costumer.
